Brief & Discovery
Share your project brief, mood board, sketches or simply an idea. We listen, ask questions and understand your vision before we begin.
Design Consultation
Our design team works with you to develop the pattern, colours, dimensions and details of your bespoke tile, bringing the idea into focus through drawings and colour samples.
Sample Production
We handcraft a small sample run for you to experience the colour, pattern, texture and finish in your space before moving into full production.
Full Production
Once the samples are approved, our artisans begin production, carefully handcrafting each tile to the agreed design. We keep you updated throughout the process.
Quality & Dispatch
Every tile is carefully inspected before being packed and prepared for delivery, with installation and care guidance included to help your tiles look beautiful for years to come.
